LOCAL KENSINGTON
Kensington

Local Kensington is a Build to Rent project comprising of 483 apartments with a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments over six buildings, each eight levels in height, with shared ground floor amenities, landscaped areas, and a basements carpark of two levels for residential car parking and residential storage.

WHITTLESEA HOSPITAL
Mernda

The City of Whittlesea Community Hospital will be a small public hospital providing a range of important everyday health services including chronic disease management, chemotherapy, and women’s health.

The project will help take pressure off nearby major hospitals, including Northern Hospital Epping, and enable more people to manage their health needs closer to home.

DRISCOLL'S BERRY FARM
Pakenham


We recently completed a project for Driscoll's Berry Farms in Pakenham.

We installed mechanical electrical and controls for new berry growing facilities.

RIVER ST COMMERCIAL
South Yarra

A set of just ten unique offices, 10 River is prized for its exclusivity and professional prestige. The building's materiality has been realised to the finest quality, with impeccable finishes and stunning interiors. HIGHETT COMMON STAGE 1
Highett

Highett Common has been masterplanned to bring nature and refined living to the heart of Highett.
The 9.3 hectare precinct features diverse, architecturally designed homes, oriented to take advantage of leafy views across a new conservation reserve and parkland.

Carnnegie Memorial Swimming Pool boasts an outdoor 50-metre, eight-lane pool, an outdoor diving pool, an indoor warm water program pool and 25-metre learn-to-swim pool, a concourse spa, indoor sauna, steam room and accessible change-rooms, indoor program rooms, a café, outdoor children’s splash pad, lawn areas and open spaces (including retention of the eastern mound)

130 Leicester Street in Carlton will accommodate more than 300 next generation student housing units over 15-levels, along with a selection of sophisticated communal amenities including kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, breakout spaces, and landscaped areas to foster greater community engagement with the building.

FRANKSTON CAMPUS - Stage 2
Frankston

Stage 2 focuses on the two oldest buildings on the campus that were demolished to make way for a three-storey learning facility on the southeast corner of the campus. It will see the creation of a new $67.6 million multi-level facility that complements the Stage 1 development. The project will introduce new learning spaces dedicated to Community and Social Services, VCE/VCE Vocational Major, Foundation College courses, IT and Cyber Security, along with bespoke spaces for Art and Design.

HOME OF THE MATILDAS
Bundoora

The Home of the Matildas boasts FIFA and AFC compliant elite training facility, 400m2 high-performance gym, sports science / high performance, elite-level recovery / wet area, hot and cold plunge pools, recovery pool with swimming jets, multiple change rooms, auditorium / theatrette and 3 configurable team meetings rooms, 800 seat grand-stand bar overlooking the main pitch (with commercial kitchen attached), canteen, media production centre, and much more.

Located at 8 Palmerston Cres, South Melbourne, The Eighth is a 19 storey mixed use development comprising of 36 exclusive private residences, 4 levels of office tenancies, dayspa, cafe and rooftop pool and spa. 
Using Daikin VRV throughout, including carbon monoxide monitoring in the 6 levels of basement.

ANMF ACCOMADATION
North Melbourne

The ANMF  accommodation is one our our new projects. It's an 8 story development, comprising of 33 apartments that offer high quality, yet affordable housing for The Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation.

West Melbourne

Located at 164 Roden St, West Melbourne, this 171 apartment complex will have two six story towers constructed in the near future. This complex boasts a business centre, gym, pool and roof top amenities.

ST MORITZ
St. Kilda

St Moritz is 130 luxury apartments across 3 towers on the Esplanade in St Kilda, between the Esplanade Hotel and Luna Park.

Apartments are multi unit VRF systems and the amenities in the building include multiple bars, 3 spas, a pool, private dining rooms, libraries. All areas are tempered, with BMS monitoring for air quality through day-spa areas and pool.

ALBA THERMAL SPRINGS
Mornington Peninsula

Alba Thermal Springs and Spa is a multi million dollar day spa and thermal pools in Fingal on the Mornington Peninsula. Climate control of the day spa, including hydronic slab heating and slab temperature monitoring, Energy recovery ventilators to change areas for efficiency, BMS monitoring for Heating Hot Water and pool temperature, sump pumps and exhaust systems for steam rooms and saunas.

PARK HOUSE
Richmond

The Park House resides on the banks of the Yarra River immediately opposite Kew and Studley Parklands, 3kms from the CBD. This was quite a project as it contains 531 apartments.

Each 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment at Riverbend – The Park House has beautiful warm interiors featuring the very best of finishes, Gaggeneau appliances, engineered Oak floors, marble-effect stone and LED lighting.

Melbourne

257 Collins Street in a 15 storey multi-tenanted office space, each floor with a complete refit. Daikin

VRV units with remote sensors with centralised controllers on each floor. A complete rebuild of the

plant deck to allow for extra office space, and base fit outs in tenancies, including the Melbourne

icon Brunetti’s, Hourglass and Burberry.

DOMAIN
Cremorne

600 Church Street is a multi-tenanted office space, with Samsung VRF units to all floors, including

power proportioning through individual kWh meters. Kitchen exhaust and make up air fans serving a

cafe tenancy, stair pressure fans with pressure monitoring, relief fans and dampers to suit. ERV’s and

associated outside air controlled with supply dampers in fire mode.
